Hildie's Salmon


1/4 cup olive oil

1/8 cup honey

1/8 cup dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

2 or 3 salmon fillets


Stir ingredients together and marinate for at least 2 hours. I wrap the fillets in foil, refrigerate and then place on the grill forĀ about 15 minutes. Or you can bake it for 15-20 minutes.
