Hot Pepper Peach Cheeseball


16 ozs cream cheese softened

1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Hot Pepper Peach Preserv

1 1/2 tbsps minced onion

1 tablespoon jalapeno seeded & chopped

Monterey jack cheese shredded


Cream together all except Monterey Jack cheese. Form into a loaf shape and sprinkle liberally with cheese. Chill until ready to use. May be made up to 48 hours ahead. Serve with Wheat Thins.
