Hot Rhine Wine


2 1/2 qts Rhine wine

1 1/4 cups sherry dry

1 cup orange liqueur

1/3 cup sugar

20 slices lemon

5 sticks cinnamon


Combine all except lemon and cinnamon in medium sucepan and bring just to boiling. Pour into mugs, garnish with lemon slices and use cinnamon sticks for stirrers.


Notes: A really unusual punch
