1 qt buttermilk
1 cup sugar
1 can lg crushed pineapple with juice
strawberries fresh or frozen mashed
Combine buttermilk and sugar and stir till sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into bundt pan, other mold or coffee cans and freeze until firm.
Set out before serving to soften for unmolding and slicing.
Serving Ideas: Freeze in individual cupcake papers.
