Italian Layered Dip


1 can (15.5oz) great northern beans, rinsed & drained

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup purchased Caesar salad dressing

1 cup turkey pepperoni, finely chopped

1/2 cup pepperocini peppers, drained & minced

3/4 cups (3 oz) shredded Italian cheese blend

1 tablespoon fresh oregano or basil chopped

crisp pita chips or lavosh


Place beans, Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing in food processor and process until smooth. Spread mixture in ungreased 9-inch pyrex pie pan or quiche dish.
Sprinkle top with pepperoni, peppers, shredded cheese and herb. Cover with Saran and refrigerate until ready to serve.

To serve, microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Serve with crisp pita chips, lavosh or baked tortilla chips.
