Kathy's Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts drained & chopped

1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed & squeezed

1/4 cup mayonnaise (not low fat)

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

8 ounces cream cheese softened


Combine all ingredients and pour into 8" square pyrex dish. Microwave 15 minutes. Serve with small round tortilla chips.
