Lake Chapala Cocktail


6 sugar cubes

12 drops aromatic bitters

6 ozs white tequila

1 bottle champagne

6 thin slices lemon


Place one cube of sugar in the bottom of each champagne glass. Shake a couple drops of bitters over the sugar and crush the cube with the back of a spoon. Pour 1 oz Tequila into each glass, top with champagne, garnish with thin lemon slice and serve.
