Lemon-Olive Oil Dressing


3/4 cups fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoons white pepper

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon fresh lemon rind grated

Tobasco sauce

3/4 cups olive oil


Combine lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, lemon rind and 4-6 drops of Tobasco. Mix well. Add the olive oil slowly, whisking constantly.


Notes: Delicious with artichoke heart salad.
