1 lb Jimmy Dean hot sausage
8 ozs thin egg noodles, cooked
1 onion, sliced in strips
1 green pepper, sliced in strips
1 (2 lb) napa cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup thick brown soy sauce
Crumble & fry sausage in wok. When done, remove meat. Stir and fry onion and pepper in fat from sausage. Add cabbage and stir fry till cabbage is shiny and wilted. Stir in noodles and sausage. Add soy sauce, toss and serve.
