Microwave Texas Pralines


1 box brown sugar

8 ounces whipping cream

1 stick butter cut up

2 cups pecan halves

1/2 teaspoon salt


Microwave sugar and cream for 11-12 minutes on high. Remove and carefully stir in butter and pecans. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto foil or waxed paper. Let cool. don't panic if they seem soft at first -- they will harden.
