Mini Choco Cupcakes



1 (4-oz) bar German chocolate squares

2 sticks butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour, unsifted

4 large eggs

1 cup chopped nuts


Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Melt chocolate and butter together in large microwave cup. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with a spoon. Do not beat. Fill paper tiny baking cups almost to the top. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Sprinkle tops with powdered sugar.
