One-of-Most-Everything Cookies


1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup butter or margarine

1 egg

3 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup Rice Krispies®

1 cup cashews or other nuts chopped

1 cup flaked coconut


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet. Combine all ingredients and mix well. chill dough; shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet & press down slightly to flatten. Bake 10-15 minutes.
