1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
1 package Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls (12 rolls)
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Mix brown sugar and butter in small saucepan. Add ice cream, and stir until melted. Place frozen rolls in greased 9"x13" pan.
Pour sauce over rolls, and top with pecans. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and leave on counter overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake rolls for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the frosting that comes with the rolls.
Notes: May use half the rolls, and bake in a 9"x9" pan.
