1 box angel food cake mix ( preferably 1-step)
1 can pie filling (peach apricot or cherry)
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or grease a jelly roll pan.
Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until well-mixed. Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool.
Dribble a glaze over the top - vanilla or almond flavored powdered sugar with a little milk.
