1/2 cup sugar
6 T flour
2 cups grated sharp cheddar
40 ounces pineapple chunks drained (reserve juice)
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
6 T melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray medium casserole with Pam.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar & flour. Gradually stir in the cheese. Add drained pineapple & stir until all combined. Pour into prepared casserole.
In another bowl, combine crumb, melted butter & 6 T reserved pineapple juice. Stir until evenly blended. Spread crumb mixture on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
