16 ozs bite-size pasta
1 cup frozen green peas
1 cup good quality mayonnaise
2/3 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
Creole seasoning to taste
Boil pasta according to package directions using salted water until pasta is al dente. Drain, add peas and cool.
Place cooled pasta and peas in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise & Parmesan & mix thoroughly.
Season to taste with Creole Seasoning.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
