2 fresh ripe peaches sliced
2 large summer tomatoes sliced
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese chopped or sliced
fresh basil chiffonade
balsamic glaze for drizzling
freshy ground black pepper
On a large plate, arranges peaches, tomatoes & mozzarella.
Top with fresh basil.
Drizzle with EVO and balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
