Pecan Pie


1 pie crust (9 inch)

4 lg eggs

1 cup dark corn syrup

3/4 cups sugar

1/3 cup butter melted

pinch salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups chopped pecans


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and next 5 ingredients until smooth at medium speed with an electric mixer. Stir in chopped pecans and pour into crust.
Place filled crust on cookie sheet, and bake for 50 minutes.
