Peppadew & Peach Salsa

1 bag frozen peach slices thawed

12 peppadews

1/4 large red onion, diced

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon EVOO

large pinch red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste

1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro


Finely dice peaches & peppadews, & stir together with all other ingredients.
Serve as a relish with grilled salmon filets, pork roast or grilled chicken.
Or serve as a dip with Scoops.
