Pistachio Curry Cheeseball

1 stick butter softened

16 ozs cream cheese softened

1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon Tabasco

¼ teaspoon white pepper

1 cup sharp cheddar finely shredded

1 tablespoon mango chutney

1 teaspoon sweet curry powder

3 handfuls pistachios toasted

craisins chopped

pistachios chopped


Combine butter, cream cheese, lemon juice, worcestershire, Tabasco, pepper, curry powder in bowl of food processor. Process until well-blended. Add cheddar, chutney & 3 handfuls pistachios. Blend until well-mixed.
Form into a ball in plastic wrap. Place in a small bowl & refrigerate overnight.
Combine craisins chopped pistachios in shallow bowl.
Remove plastic wrap from cheese ball, and roll in craisin-pistachio mixture. Re-wrap & refrigerate or freeze.
