Plum Brandy Sauce


1/2 cup chutney chopped fine

1/4 cup chili sauce

1/4 cup plum preserves or jam

1 teaspoon brandy

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tbsps honey

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup applesauce


Combine all & simmer 5-10 minutes.
Good with pork or beef. Also a good dip for egg rolls or won ton.
