Poppyseed Dressing


1 1/2 cups sugar

2 tsps dry mustard

3 tbsps onion juice

2 tsps salt

2/3 cups cider vinegar

2 cups salad oil (not olive oil)

3 tbsps poppy seeds


Use blender or food processor. Mix sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar & onion juice well. Add oil SLOWLY while blending constantly, and continue to process until thick. Add poppyseeds & mix in gently but well.
Refrigerate. Do not freeze.
