Pork Sandwiches with Cream Cheese and Raspberry Chipotle

Pork Tenderloin
Cream Cheese, softened to spreadable consistency
Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce (Bronco Bob’s from Dillon’s)
Small buns (or potato rolls)
Roast pork tenderloin according to package directions. Let set until just warm before cutting into thick slices. Assemble sandwiches with buns, cream cheese, pork slices, and raspberry Jalapeno sauce ending with bun top. May be served slightly warm or cold or at room temperature.
