1/8 cup cayenne pepper sauce (not Tobasco)
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsps vinegar
12 chicken wing drummettes
powdered Ranch salad dressing mix
1. Melt butter and whisk together with pepper sauce and vinegar in small bowl.
2. Dip drummettes in butter mixture; arrange in single layer on sprayed foil covered baking pan. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix.
3. Bake at 400°F for 60 minutes or until chicken is browned.
4. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. Makes 4 servings (or 12 drummettes).
