Restaurant Style Salsa


2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (preferably fire roasted)

1/2 cup white onion coarsely chopped

2 cloves garlic grated

2 chipotle chili peppers in adobo chopped

1/2 cup cilantro

2 tablespoons lime juice (1 lime)

salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well-mixed.
