Reunion Brunch Casserole

2 cups cooked crabmeat or shrimp or bacon, sausage, ham or broccoli

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

8 ounces cream cheese softened

4 cups milk

8 eggs

2 cups bisquick baking mix

1 teaspoon salt optional

pinch red pepper flakes


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9x13" baking dish with Pam. Place crab, shrimp, or other meat & cheddar evenly over the bottom of dish.
Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth. Pour over mixture in dish.
Bake until knife inserted in middle of dish comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.
Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.


For the 2012 Fryer Reunion Brunch, Janet served 4-9x13" casseroles: one crabmeat, 2 bacon, and one broccoli. All were loaded with cheese. Delicious!

AKA known as "Impossible Quiche."
