BBQ rub for pork

Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce


Remove membrane from back of rib slabs. Discard.
Rub both sides of rib slabs liberally with BBQ rub.
Wrap each slab in foil, sealing well. Refrigerate at least one hour, up to overnight.
Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. (May stack rib packages in pan to bake.)
Unwrap ribs & brush all over with BBQ sauce. Cook over direct medium heat until well-glazed -- 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally with BBQ sauce.
