Sausage Biscuits


1 bag Hudson Cream Biscuit Mix

1 lb lean sausage cooked & drained

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded


Make biscuit dough using buttermilk recipe on back of mix.
Add cooked sausage and cheese.
Shape into medium-sized balls.
Bake at 400 till nicely browned.

Make small size for snacks or appetizers & large for breakfast goodies.
May serve with a good mustard.
