Sausage Brunch Bake


8 cups sourdough bread cubes cut in 1/2" cubes

1 lb. sausage cooked and crumbled

1 lb. grated cheese

chopped pimento pieces

1 (15-oz) box Egg Beaters any flavor

3 cups milk

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon creole seasoning


Spray 9"x13" baking dish with Pam. Place in layers: bread cubes, cooked sausage, cheese and pimento. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over the top layer. Cover and refrigerate 8-24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or till brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean
