Sausage Cheese English Muffins


2 5-ounce jars Kraft Old English Cheese

2 tbsp butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 lb sausage, browned and well-drained

12 English muffins split (24 halves)


Combine cheese, butter & cayenne. Add cooked sausage and mix well. Spread on English muffin halves. Bake 8-10 minutes at 425 degrees.
May assemble, freeze and then bake 15 minutes.
For appetizer servings, cut into wedges, or use mini size English muffins.
