Shellfish Pie


1 lb. raw shrimp, crawfish or large lumps of crabmeat

2 ribs celery, chopped

1/2 cup sweet onions, chopped

2 eggs

black pepper

dash worcestershire sauce

1 lemon zest & quartered

few dashes Jalapeno Tabasco

1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, finely shredded

1/2 cup mayonnaise

12 Ritz crackers, finely crushed


Chop seafood into large chunks and add celery, onions, lemon zest & eggs.
Stir to mix well. Add seasonings and cheese, and pour into sprayed quiche or pie dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.

To serve slice into wedges and serve with wedges of the lemon.


Serving Ideas: Serve with a tossed salad and white wine.
