Shrimp Remoulade


3/4 cup parsley minced

3/4 cup shallots minced

3/4 cup celery minced

3/4 cup dill pickles minced

1 tablespoon garlic minced

3 tablespoons horseradish

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 cup salad oil

shrimp cooked & peeled

lettuce shredded


Mix all ingredients except shrimp and lettuce. Sauce will keep refrigerated for several weeks. The longer it stands the better the flavor.

For each serving, marinate 6 large shrimp in 1/2 c sauce. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.
