2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
16 ozs whipping cream heavy & real
brandy or rum
This is really a mystery because it looks like dates, tastes fabulously rich & guests never can guess what it is.
Combine sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda & pecans. Pour into 9” square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Whip cream and flavor with brandy or rum.
Crumble cake into whipped cream and freeze.
Spoon out or cut into squares to serve.
