6 cups smoked turkey breast shredded
4 1/2 cups celery diced
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups almonds chopped or slivered toasted
3 (4 oz) cans diced green chiles
3/4 cups onion diced
3 T lemon juice
3 T lime juice
1 1/2 cups Mexican blend cheese, shredded
2 cups corn or tortilla chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13" casserole dish. In large bowl, combine all except cheese and chips, and transfer to prepared dish. Sprinkle cheese and chips over all. Bake for 45 minutes, or until casserole is bubbly and cheese is melted.
May complete the casserole, and refrigerate overnight before baking. Bake 1 hour.
