Sparkling Winter Sangria


1 cup St Germain liqueur

1/2 cup superfine sugar

3/4 cup green grapes halved

2 tangerines thinly sliced

1/2 small ruby red grapefruit quartered & thinly sliced

2 bottles prosecco very cold


Combine St Germain liqueur & superfine sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Stir in fruits and chill at least one hour.
To serve, spoon some fruit & liquid into each glass & fill glass with cold prosecco.
