Spicy Shrimp


2 lbs large shrimp (about 50) peeled and deveined

1 lg lemon juiced

2 cloves garlic minced

1/2 tablespoon Tobasco sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin ground

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil


Place shrimp in bowl with all ingredients except olive oil. Set aside for at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat baking pan with vegetable oil. Spread shrimp evenly on pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes


Notes: Serve warm, room temp or chilled. Add to green salad or pasta.
