Squash Jalapeno Casserole


6 lg squash yellow or zucchini or mixture cut in chunks

1 onion chopped

16 ozjar Jalapeno Cheez Whiz melted

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 eggs beaten

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup butter melted


Boil cut squash and onion in small amount water till tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and combine with Cheez Whiz, soup, eggs & black pepper. Spray 9x13" casserole dish with Pam, and pour mixture in.

Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter and spread evenly over squash mixture.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
