Stacked Fruit Salad

1 15-oz can sliced peaches drained

1 15 oz can sliced pears drained

1 20-oz can pineapple chunks drained

1 10-oz pkg frozen strawberries with juice

1 3-oz box French vanilla instant pudding mix

3 large bananas, sliced optional


In a large bowl, stack peaches, pears & pineapple in that order. Add undrained strawberries. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, sprinkle dry pudding mix over all. Stir & refrigerate till serving time.
Add bananas just before serving & toss again.

Keeps well for 4-6 days.
