Sweet & Sour Crostini


1 jar roasted red bell pepper chopped

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoon raisins soaked in water 10 min

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


Drain raisins. Chop peppers, garlic & soaked raisins together . Combine with oil & vinegar. Let stand 1-2 hours at room temperature to blend flavors.
Serve with toasted baguette slices.
