Swiss Mixed Salad


1 teaspoon dijon mustard

6 tbsps olive oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 lg tart apple cored and diced

2 tbsps red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 cups baby romaine or other greens

1 cup grated swiss cheese

1/2 cup broken walnuts or pecans toasted


In the bottom of a salad bowl, mix the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt & pepper. Add remaining ingredients & toss.
