4 lbs spareribs in individual pieces
1 can (6 oz) tangerine juice frozen concentrate
2 tbsps soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
Roast ribs, fat side up, in shallow pan at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven & place in crockpot or deep heavy pot. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over ribs & stir well to coat. Simmer slowly for 3-5 hours in crock pot, or about 1 hour in heavy pot on stove.
Serve immediately or freeze.
For pork chops, brown first, place in crockpot with sauce & cook on low for 5-8 hours.
