Tricia's Chicken Enchiladas


2 doz corn tortillas torn in quarters

1 med onion chopped

8 ozcan chopped green chiles

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cans cream of chicken soup

16 ozs sour cream

8 ozs cheddar cheese grated

2 cups cooked chicken

pinch garlic salt


Grate cheese in bowl. Add soups, sour cream, chiles, onion, garlic salt and chicken and stir. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with Pam, and layer torn tortillas and cheese mixture, ending with cheese mixture. Cover with foil, and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or longer.
