Turkey Cranberry Wreath


2 rolls (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons honey dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
2 cups cooked chopped or ground turkey
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 Tablespoons fresh parsley-chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4 oz. swiss cheese - shredded
1/4 cup nuts
1 egg white

Arrange 8 triangles in circle facing out and 8 facing in - seal seams. Scoop filling on with ice cream scoop. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Fold dough over. Brush with egg white, top with sliced almonds if desired, and bake @ 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
