1 lb very lean ground beef
6 cups low salt V-8 juice
1 med onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
2 cups carrots diced or shredded
1 can Cream of Celery soup (may use 2 cans)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 tsp marjoram
1 ½ tsps Creole seasoning
Brown meat well. Add onions & celery to saute.
Add all remaining ingredients, stir well & cook on low for 4 hours.
