Veggie Pizza


1 can refrigerated pizza crust dough


8 ounces lowfat cream cheese

1/3 cup nonfat yogurt

1/2 envelope ranch style dressing mix

few drops Tobasco sauce

few drops soy sauce

TOPPINGS: broccoli cauliflower, carrots, peppers finely chopped

grated cheese parmesan or any kind


Spread pizza crust on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Do not make edges -- leave crust flat. Sprinkle with Lemon-pepper and pat into the crust. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

Blend cream cheese, yogurt, dressing mix, tobasco & soy sauce. Evenly spread mixture over crust all the way to the edges. Sprinkle evenly with finely chopped veggies and grated cheese.

Cut in pieces to serve.


Notes: Cut in small pieces for appetizer, larger for lunchtime open-faced sandwich.
Serving Ideas: Make parts ahead and assemble at serving time
