Ingredients
Duncan Hines fudge brownie mix
2
tablespoons
of water
2
beaten eggs
2/3
cup
of vegetable oil
Mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Small splash of peppermint
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Stir water, eggs vegetable oil and brownie mix
Add peppermint and chocolate chips
Spread evenly with a spatula in a baking dish
Bake for 27 minutes
Optional: Add sprinkles
