Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put butter in pyrex baking dish, allow to melt in the oven while preheating.
Combine peach juice and pineapple juice with 1 cup of bisquick, add enough milk so the mixture is fluid but not runny (about the desired consistency for pancakes.)
Mix in brown sugar.
Remove pyrex with melted butter from the oven, pour in cobbler batter mixture.
Dump peaches into the dish, on top of the Bisquick mix.
Sprinkle with crushed pineapple and cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle with a little more brown sugar for good measure.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (You may want to remove after 30 minutes and test with a toothpick. Remove when cobbler breading is fully cooked.)
Optional: Serve with a scoop of ice cream!
Allow to cool just a little bit before enjoying!
