Add vanilla. Blend in sugar until mixture thickens.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt; stir into wet mixture.
Drop by teaspoons about 2 inches apart on UNGREASED cookie sheet.
Sometimes I sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. Other times I do not sprinkle them with anything and use a buttercream icing to ice them after they are baked.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
