Brown the meat, adding half the chopped onions after a few minutes so they will saute
Reduce heat to simmer, add Williams chili seasoning and mix
Open and drain juice from pinto beans, add to pot
Open and add both cans of chili beans, with juice to the pot
Simmer on the stove at least 30 minutes
Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, and fritos
Notes
Sometimes we like to make more of a 'stacked supper' and also include cooked rice as an option to layer between fritos (at the bottom of your bowl) and the chili.
