Easy Beef Chili

  • Large cooking pot

Instructions
 

  • Brown the meat, adding half the chopped onions after a few minutes so they will saute
  • Reduce heat to simmer, add Williams chili seasoning and mix
  • Open and drain juice from pinto beans, add to pot
  • Open and add both cans of chili beans, with juice to the pot
  • Simmer on the stove at least 30 minutes
  • Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, and fritos

Notes

Sometimes we like to make more of a 'stacked supper' and also include cooked rice as an option to layer between fritos (at the bottom of your bowl) and the chili.
