Notes

This breakfast sausage ring was a favorite of my mom (Angie Fryer) and a traditional holiday dish at both Thanksgiving and Christmas time. I'm sharing it here on my main food and recipe blog, it's one of over 1217 recipes Mom kept in her "Paprika app" collection, which I exported in April 2021, less than two years before she passed away.
Mom's original recipe lists the recipe source as Jinny Federici. Mom also noted it was "a 1970's USAFA Math Dept favorite." I've shared multiple photos of this cook on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Conaway's farm in this Flickr album.
